Royston Scaffolding recognise that their workforce is the most valuable asset they have, and all our employees receive regular and up to date training, not only in their specific work roles but also other aspects of Health and Safety good practice.
All our operatives hold appropriate Construction Industry cards, and we have a dedicated Health & Safety Manager, who constantly monitors regulations and training courses to ensure that all operatives are fully trained and competent to carry out their duties.
Royston Scaffolding constantly monitor and review their systems in order to maximise any opportunities for improvement and prevention.
Risk Assessments and Method Statements are produced for every contract and are job specific. Operatives receive regular on-site tool box talks in order to ensure that health and safety practices remain paramount at all times.
All Royston Scaffolding personnel are provided with high quality PPE, which is inspected regularly to ensure that it meets with stringent safety standards, and controlled records are kept for the purposes of inspection, replacement or maintenance.
